As Plant Manager, you will lead the bottling packaging operations of a greenfield soft drink facility. With a team of dedicated professionals by your side, you’ll ensure that  the production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—delivering refreshing, high-quality beverages to a growing market.
You’ll report directly into the leadership team of our partner on the ground, supported by our global operations team to bring best in class practices to Kinshasa. .

  • You will lead and inspire a local team of leaders and operators.
  • You will ensure daily production targets are met with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • You will drive technical and operational excellence across packaging lines.
  • You will champion a safe and respectful working environment.


Who You Are

  • You are a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and have at least -5 years of leadership experience in a developing market production environment, ideally in food or beverage.
  • You speak English and French fluently, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
  • You’re open to relocating to Kinshasa for a minimum of 3 years.
  • You’re technically curious, culturally aware, and motivated to build something lasting.
  • You lead by example and value respect, integrity, and collaboration in everything you do.

Response

We will assess your application in collaboration with the executive manager. We aim to provide a response within two weeks. If we are enthusiastic, we would like to schedule an introductory interview.

Introduction

Typically, our process consists of two interviews where you get to know various colleagues. Of course, we want to get to know you better, but also make sure to prepare some questions for yourself that you can ask during the interview. This way, we can discover together if we are a good fit.
