Junior Retail Account Manager

Bavaria UKCastle Donington, Derby (UK)36 - 40 hours per week

We are growing! Join our family business as a Junior Retail Account Manager. You'll support and develop retail accounts and sales across the market, including top grocers, discounters, and convenience operators. Focus on our Bavaria 0.0% and pilsner brands, reporting directly to the General Manager of the UK business.

 

What are you going to do?

  • Support and develop the UK retail channel, build on existing relationships, and form new ones.
  • Implement JBP’s with key customers to generate growth.
  • Activate listings across store and depot channels, and gain new listings in convenience.
  • Create account/store audits to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Develop commercial skills by learning about production costs, and work from offices in East Midlands or Birmingham twice a week.

 

Who are you?

  • Develop effective relationships and have excellent communication skills.
  • Be curious to understand customers and find beneficial solutions.
  • Understand financial metrics, be results-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Possess the ability to influence, negotiate, and work as part of a team.
  • Have around 1-2 years of FMCG retail experience and a desire to win.

Response
