We seek an enthusiastic International Business Project Manager based in the Netherlands to lead and optimize localization projects. You will explore new markets, lead projects from inception to production, streamline processes, and coach local teams. Join our dynamic team and help us grow globally!
What are you going to do?
You will lead and influence Royal Swinkels' global localization, mostly focused on the Middle East and Africa.
You will manage projects from inception to production, coordinating internal stakeholders (Brewing, Marketing, Legal, Finance) and local partners.
You will optimize and standardize the Bavaria Smalt localization process, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
You will coach internal stakeholders on Smalt localization governance and share best practices.
You will evaluate and find new market routes for portfolio localization, reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Who are you?
You are based in the Netherlands, and you will travel to project sites 30% of the time. This means 8 to 12 trips a year during weekdays.
You hold a commercial Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5-10 years of international experience, preferably in FMCG.
You have expertise in business development, project localization, financial acumen, and leading diverse project teams.
You are a proven relationship builder with a track record in value growth through brands and effective communication.
You are fluent in English; fluency in French, Dutch, or Arabic is a plus.
