Uiltje Brewing Company Haarlem (NL) 36 - 40 hours per week

What will you do?

  • Execute operational tasks and uphold beer quality standards
  • Monitor the production process and ensure optimal brew conditions
  • Conduct cellar checks and actions, CIPs, and packaging
  • Follow food safety standards and personal hygiene
  • Participate in tasting panel, beer competitions, and lab tasks


Who are you?

  • You are capable of collaborating effectively with others and communicating articulately about the process of brewing beer.
  • You know how to brew and pack beer, or you can learn quickly.
  • You can focus of the quality of the beer at every step. And you are familiar with working in Google Sheets.
  • You follow the rules for safety, hygiene, and quality.
  • You have a forklift license and you can speak and read English fluently.

Response

We will assess your application in collaboration with the executive manager. We aim to provide a response within two weeks. If we are enthusiastic, we would like to schedule an introductory interview.

Introduction

Typically, our process consists of two interviews where you get to know various colleagues. Of course, we want to get to know you better, but also make sure to prepare some questions for yourself that you can ask during the interview. This way, we can discover together if we are a good fit.
