Brand Marketer MEA (temporary)

Business unit Middle East Africa (MEA) is the business unit within Royal Swinkels that focusses on delivering sustainable growth in the MEA region. We are on a very exciting growth journey across the region. While we are successfully moving from a more traditional export model to local production, we are relaunching our most successful malt brand (Bavaria Smalt) at the same time.

In this role, you will be a key player, responsible for building this renewed malt-based soft drink in the region. You set portfolio priorities and build our different brands in line with the brand strategy. For this position, we are looking for a business marketeer who speaks French.

What are you going to do?

  • Implement and carry out brand and business strategies within the MEA region.

  • Execute important local above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts.

  • Manage new product and packaging initiatives, encompassing the collection of business case data and approval of designs.

  • Monitor and interpret consumer feedback and brand performance within the region to unearth prospects for expansion.

  • Foster and maintain solid partnerships with essential stakeholders both within and outside of the organization.

This is you

  • You live in the Netherlands or Belgium and can visit our office in Lieshout at least once per week.

  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • You are available for 7 months starting in June or July.

  • You take initiative, manage complex projects effectively and ideally bring some marketing experience.

  • Your ideal background includes FMCG or beverage industry work, or experience adapting global brand strategies to local markets.
