For our Brewery in Cuba, we're seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing & E-Commerce Lead. You’ll drive online sales through our B2B platform and lead a passionate team across marketing and e-commerce. From optimizing the order-to-delivery process to executing nationwide brand activations, you’ll shape our digital and marketing footprint in Cuba.

What will you do?

  • You lead e-commerce strategy, managing website, payment systems, and integrations.

  • You oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, collaborating across teams.

  • You drive digital marketing, email, SEO, loyalty programs, and grow daily orders.

  • You develop trade marketing materials and activate brands across all channels.

  • You manage the national events calendar, ensuring strong brand presence and flawless execution.

Who are you?

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and are fluent in Spanish and English.

  • You bring over 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketing leadership roles.

  • You excel at digital marketing, trade marketing, and executing live events.

  • You demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, leading cross-functional teams and turning strategy into action.
