Customer Service Officer

Our Business Unit Export is responsible for worldwide sales and marketing of our brands. We believe that strong local partnerships are key to build long term sustainable brands. Achieving this is a joint effort of our sales and marketing colleagues operating worldwide.
 
To further strengthen our APAC team we are looking for an Operations Officer based in Japan to join our small team. 
 

What are you going to do? 

• You are responsible for processing orders and processing them in a correct manner. 
• You are closely involved in the entire process from (initial) contact with customers to translating & informing your colleagues in the brewery in Holland.

Who are you? 

• You are living in Kobe, or are willing to move there.
• You are full-time availability (40 hours a week)
• You have flexible working posture, willing to adjust office hours to European timetable if needed.
• You are able to work from home (+/- 50%).
• Experienced and skilled user of common computer programs. (MS Office, SAP is an asset)
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English and off-course Japanese.
• Capable and willing to travel within Japan and overseas to Europe.
• Experience in FMCG not a prerequisite however welcome.
• Energetic team player with potential to grow within an expanding organization.
