Sales Support Coordinator
The Sales Support Coordinator is a new, pivotal role for the UK, created to support the growth of our enviable portfolio of beer brands in both the on and off trade. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, the Sales Support Coordinator will be involved in all elements of sales, to all channels, but with a particular focus in the On Trade. Offering true hybrid working (2 office/3 home on average) you will assist the sales and marketing team with sales admin, reporting, point of sale distribution, organizing activations, as well as tasks to keep the day-to-day operations of the team/business running smoothly. Travel to our UK offices (Midlands) will be required as the role calls for great connection to all UK functions including our East Midlands based finance and logistics teams.
What are you going to do?
- Support the sales team and General Manager UK with CRM management, liaising with our Netherlands team for data and insights.
- Provide administrative support ensuring efficient sales operations, and assist in creating and analyzing sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate delivery of product samples, marketing materials, and point of sale; ensure best-in-class admin (purchase orders, POS management, budget tracking).
- Facilitate new listings in outlets, liaising with publicans and the install team; organize outlet events, sampling campaigns, and brand-led initiatives.
- Assist with organizing sales-led events and trade shows, supporting ad-hoc tasks and special projects including seasonal beers.
Who are you?
- You have experience in sales support, customer service, or office coordination with excellent communication skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- You are self-motivated, able to work independently, and proactive with keen attention to detail.
- On-trade experience within drinks is a plus, but full training will be provided. You are willing to travel as required.
- You have a passion for the drinks industry and customer service excellence, with a focus on diary commitments and listing-driving reports.
