For our Greenfield Project in Latin America, we're seeking a talented, ambitious quality lead. You'll ensure the highest quality standards, with a focus on microbiological control and aseptic filling. Lead QA/QC programs, mentor staff, conduct audits, and collaborate on product consistency. What will you do?
You implement sanitation and contamination control procedures, ensuring optimal brewery hygiene.
You train staff on quality control best practices and mentor them on sanitation techniques.
You conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
You oversee quality processes and maintain and monitor laboratory equipment calibration for accurate test results.
You collaborate with brewing and packaging teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimise product consistency and continuous improvement.
Who are you?
You hold a bachelor's/master's in food technology with a specialisation in quality management or a related field, have 5-10 years of experience, and are fluent in both Spanish and English.
You have experience in quality management, HACCP, GMP, and data analysis.
You can mentor teams in quality control and laboratory techniques.
You conduct root cause analyses and coordinate with brewing and packaging teams.
You are able to help the organization to the next level.
