Your mission: Spearhead the launch of Bavaria’s innovative non-alcoholic beer, curating a dynamic brand and product array tailored to diverse channels. Harness consumer insights and your mastery of the category to elevate our brands, ensuring they resonate with local preferences. You’ll translate global strategies into compelling local narratives, oversee impactful activations, and foster collaboration with our local team and partners. Royal Swinkels Tokio (JP) 36 - 40 hours per week

What are you going to do? 

  • You understand the Japanese market and spearhead initiatives to grow our brand’s presence.
  • You lead brand visibility efforts, ensure optimal in-store presence, and coordinate with local agencies.
  • You will become the Community Lead for local online platforms, enhancing our digital footprint.
  • You implement brand plans across trade channels.
  • You will share market insights with the central marketing team, mentor local staff, and oversee budgets and travel for market connectivity.


Who are you? 

  • You are a Japan-based professional with a passion for the FMCG sector.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience, preferably with beverages. You believe in the power of branding and have a flair for marketing, with sales experience as a bonus.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the Japanese market and the ability to oversee market strategies.
  • You are known for building strong relationships and enhancing brand value through effective communication.
  • You are proficient in both Japanese and English, and skilled in MS Office and Adobe tools like Illustrator and InDesign.
